  1. For some reason, no matter what address I use in any
  2. client program, if it's not in the HOSTS file, I can't
  3. get to it.  All of the addresses in the HOSTS file
  4. are okay.  I have to nameservers in my tcpman config,
  5. and they are genuine nameservers.  But any nameserver
  6. query just bounces between them for a while.
  7.  
  8. Could it be something on my end?

  96. facility. It has bugs and things that don't quite work. I will be

  109. If you havn't got ELM-PC already you should install that first since
  110. it create directories and has some of the files that you need. It can
  111. be found in /pub/elm-pc as elmpc.zip on lister.cc.ic.ac.uk You also might
  112. want to get the MIME support programs in /pub/winmime.
